I finally made something out of fabric that didn't require using a sewing machine!!! I think these are super easy and adorable to make. I'm planning on finishing these off with buttons and/or rhinestones and turning them into hair clips for my cute nieces.
I've also made a decision....I am going to learn to sew. There are just too many cute things to make to not learn to sew. :) Especially if I have a little girl one day! And if I don't, then I'll have fun making things for my nieces...and myself! I've always had a love/hate relationship with the sewing machine. Maybe it's the needle that moves up and down rapidly right next to my fingers. Or maybe it's the fact that I can't sew in a straight line! Anyway, I'm going to get over it and just do it. Can you make new resolutions 3/4 into the year???

ECBs are just like Walgreens Register Rewards. On certain items each week, CVS will advertise that you can purchase an item and receive back _____ ECBs. For example, last week they had a Glade Soy Candle for 6.99 and if you buy it you get 6.99 ECBs back. The Extra Care Bucks print out at the bottom of your receipt (you have to have a Extra Care Card) and then you use them just like cash to pay for your next transaction.
